The UNIQUE gate operator is a PPA product designed to automate residential swing gates.

Its activation system has a “heavy duty and innovator design” because its round shape is more elegant and more compact. For this reason it blends well with its surroundings giving the gate the look that it needs.

This product’s newest feature is that now you can get it in the Double version, with two units, for two leaf gate automation or you can get the Unique gate operator in one unit, in the Single version for one leaf gate automation where both left and right sides can be chosen by the customer.

The Unique gate operator automates swing gates made of iron, aluminum or wood and that weight no more than 250kg or 125kg per leaf. It has manual unlocking system in case of power failure.

Designed to be quiet and of easy installation, it offers very low maintenance. It is the ideal product for those looking for day-to-day practicality.

Gate operator:
· Application: Residential swing gate.
· Versions: Single (for gates with one unit or one leaf) and Double (for gates with two units or two leaves).
· Power Source: 110V and 220V, both with 60 Hz frequency.
· Opening time: 12 seconds.
· Opening angle: 90°.

Command Box:
· Micro-controlled command box.
· RF receptor module (radio frequency) 433.92 MHz included in the central command box.
· It records four transmitters with electronic lock function which prevents that any other transmitter opens the gate, only making it possible to open the gate when activated by the appropriate lock transmitter.
· It memorizes the “trimpot adjustments” which avoids adjustment variations caused by dust, dirt, humidity, and temperature.
· “Virtual fuse” function, which detects electric current variation and automatically turns off the central command box.
· “Electronic clutch” with various levels of sensibility which makes it possible to adjust the amount of strength developed by the gate operator, offering more safety to the user.
· “Pause time” allows one to activate the automatic gate closing starting from a pre-programmed time set on the command box at the time of installation. Therefore, the motor waits the pre-programmed time when it reaches the end of course and only then it closes the gate.
· “Anti-crushing system” offers greater safety to the user and it can be configured according with the user’s needs.
· “Gentle electronic brake” that allows a faster opening and closing cycle and reduces mechanical wear and tear.
· “Opening and closing time” of 1 minute maximum.
· Output for “Garage light”, photocell, and “alarm bell”.
· Gentle start for both opening and closing.
· Automatic restart, that restarts motor after virtual fuse is activated, that is, after the virtual fuse function has been activated for 10 seconds, the motor reducer come on again and continues the motion in the same direction when it first stopped.
